Commercial Inspections

Commercial inspections include all buildings that are NOT four (4) dwelling units or

less. 4-Square Home Inspections, LLC has the training necessary to perform your

commercial inspection. All commercial inspections comply with ASTM E2018-01

Standards. This assures the inspection your request will be recognized by commercial

lenders and insurance carriers. Each inspection is designed up front with the scope of

Knowledge is extremely important and it does not come cheap for the inspector.
Some inspectors may only do the minimums. If you're looking for a cheap inspection
and a cheap report, I may not be the inspector for you. As with most things in life, you
