Standard Home Inspection Includes

This home inspection is designed for the buyer after the offer to
purchase has been accepted. This is most suited for buyers
who want to learn the most about the home they are about to
purchase.

Prices start at $279 for a single family home under 1,000 square
feet and less than 75 years old. There are small increases for every
additional 500 square feet. Also, there are additional costs for
homes over 75 years old, additional units, outbuildings, and service
panels. Please give us a call for a firm quotation.

Our standard inspection service includes much than the competition.
You will receive your personalized report including annotated
pictures the same day. One call to us is all you need to do. We will
take care of all the other details including scheduling and confirming
your inspection. We want to make your inspection very easy for you!

Most conscientious home buyers select this inspection package
since they desire the most knowledge before they purchase. I will
