LOCAL HOME INSPECTOR ACHIEVES WISCONSIN RENTAL
WEATHERIZATION (DHLR) CERTIFICATION

SHEBOYGAN, WI, NOVEMBER 13, 2006: 4-Square Home Inspections, LLC
announces that Gregory Liebig achieved his certification as a Wisconsin Rental
Weatherization Program Inspector.
Starting January 1, 1985, most residential properties in Wisconsin have to meet
minimum energy conservation standards at the time of ownership transfer. The
Register of Deeds will not record the transfer of property unless certain criterion is
met. The program is administered by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce
Safety and Buildings Division Rental Weatherization Program. The division
administers certification of rental units for compliance with minimum energy
efficiency standards. Procedures have been established for inspectors certified
by the division. Education and consultation on energy efficiency are offered.
