INSPECTION COURSE

SHEBOYGAN, WI, December 1, 2007: 4-Square Home Inspections, LLC
announces that Gregory Liebig completed a continuing education training course
pertaining to Commercial Inspections sponsored by the Wisconsin Chapter of
National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (WiNACHI).
The purpose of the certification is to utilize the ASTM E2018-01 Standard Guide
for Property Condition Assessment. This is the standard used to help buyers with
the purchase of any commercial property. Commercial Real Estate, as defined in
the Standard of Practice includes dwellings of more than 4 living units, mixed use
structures, three living units and an administrative office, and structures limited
solely to commercial endeavors, including strip malls, factories, offices, and
industrial settings.
The primary job of any home inspector is protect public safety during their
inspections and report any issues discovered during the inspection. Educating the
